البصمة الوراثية ثورة علمية من ثورات العصر استطاعت بفضل مميزاتها و خصائصها أن تحتل حيزا و مكانة هامين في مجالات عدة طبية و جنائية نظير الدور الفعال الذي تؤديه فيها.
نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على مفهوم البصمة الوراثية و تكييفها القانوني ثم بيان أهم ضوابط و شروط التعامل معها لاستخلاص مدى التقدم الذي تحظى به كدليل إثبات أمام القضاء الجنائي
Abstract EN
Genetic print is one of temporary scientific revolutions that it humanity could achieve advanced levels in many essential fields, like medical and criminal investigations due to the crucial role it plays.
We will try to highlight the meaning of Genetic print and it's loyal interpretation then we will find out the main guidelines and conditions of dealing with it.
In the aim of figure out the amount of evolution that receives in as trusted evidence in the court of Genetic law.
