The present research paper examines the linguistic agency of the holy Qur'an aesthetically.

in addition to the deliberative planification in one its report ways that is the meaning production by the non-linguistic statement.

hence, our introduction by which we come to study this issue noted the unlimited semantics of the non-word statement that has different directions according to the nature of the culture and the generations in the same culture.

hence, we come to more than one explanation when transforming to the other languages, that the others who master Arabic could explain the mentioned statement according to the meaning of its own culture.

as long as the non-verbal proposition is facing this semantic wide interpretation, could we conclude that it is deliberative? and could we find-in the holy Qur'an-a report system that guides its semantics and protect its deliberative discourse?.
