Abstract EN

The subject of this study is the rhetorical, stylistic and analytical practice of texts from the ancient Algerian literary and linguistic heritage, which did not get its share from the applied procedure that reveals the artistic and aesthetic privacy of these texts, and the art of transmission is one of the linguistic literary types that did not receive sufficient study and analysis, despite what characterized it as aesthetic creative and expressive values.

the messages of the Algerian writer "Abu al-Qasim Abd al-Rahman al-Qalami"-head of the construction bureau in the alMowahidi era-were chosen as an interesting and distinctive model for applied study, because of the importance of this character, as it reached a high level in writing, that can be explored from his linguistic path in writing and the quality of his style in calibration, in addition to the scientific and functional status that he enjoyed among his contemporaries; and with this praising description, the question persists about the extent of eloquence of his discourse and the technical aesthetic rhetoric; and whether we can call it as creative, interesting and distinguished.
