Addressing the issue of onomastic, the article places particular emphasis on the many spelling used in anthroponomical use in Algeria.
we try through this work to review a certain number of studies on spelling and the alphabet as well as on phonological equivalence while explaining the gap between sound and writing concerning the Arabic language and the French language in onomastic training in Algeria.

Abordant la question d’onomastique, l’article insiste particulièrement sur les nombreuses orthographes figurant dans l’usage anthroponymique en Algérie.
nous essayons à travers ce travail de passer en revue un certain nombre d’études portant sur l’orthographe et l’alphabet ainsi que sur l’équivalence phonologique tout en expliquant l’écart entre le son et l’écriture concernant la langue arabe et la langue française dans la formation onomastique en Algérie.
