Tourism has become a reliable industry in terms of revenues for all countries of the world, by adopting it as an imperative for the revival of the national economy and to attract investments to it.

Algeria is succeeding the countries of the word by ratifying a legislative system that is harmonious with the exploitation of its touristic components on the one hand and investment requirements, both internally on the other hand.

Algeria basks in a tourist privilege with excellence, its vast area along with its geographic location make the country full of diversity of tourism resources of all kinds which enhances its national economy and economic development, in addition a new law 16-09 was added to the legislative system, this law promoted the investment of many of the mechanisms and safeguards to attract investments by giving insurances that reflect both positively and negatively on the advancement of the advancement of the tourism sector.
