Abstract EN

This study aimed at analyzing and explaining the effect of the partial tradition of new small and medium industrial enterprises on the stopping of the activity of some other industrial institutions in Algeria, through the time factors on the one hand, and the growth in the number of counterfeit investments in the industrial field on the other hand during the period: 2003-2018.

So that the analytical and descriptive approach was relied on.

The results of the study have proven that the high levels of cessation of activity permanently in small and medium industrial enterprises due to the weak level of innovation and the rise of partial imitations in products in new emerging industrial enterprises, which led to flooding the local market with counterfeit products that led to the disappearance of some institutions due to the narrow competition factor.

The increase in the size of innovations in new investments in small and medium industrial enterprises leads to a reduction in the levels of imitation in Algeria, which is reflected positively on the increase in the size of the competitiveness of this sector.
