يشهد العالم منذ نهايات سنة 2019 خطر صحي ذو انتشار دولي لايزال يلحق أضرارا بليغة بالحياة البشرية ككل يعرف بجائحة كورونا ( كوفيد 19) خلفت نتاج ذلك أزمات اقتصادية و اجتماعية ترتبت عنها حتميا أزمة إنسانية انعكست أثارها على حقوق الانسان مما فرض حتمية التعاون الدولي لمواجهة هذه الجائحة و هو ما تسعى اليه منظمة الامم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة الى تجسيده ميدانيا للخروج من هذه الازمات كونها الجهاز الأول المعني بحقوق الانسان

Since the end of 2019, the world has been witnessing a health threat with an international spread that continues to cause severe damage to human life as a whole known as the Corona pandemic (Covid 19).
The pandemic is what the United Nations and its specialized agencies are seeking to materialize in the field to get out of these crises, as it is the first human rights body.
