The use of the means of technology has become necessary and necessary because of the advantages that result from the use of these means, has been used in many facilities and emerged what is known as electronic markets and e-government electronic pharmacy and distance education, which is through the use of electronic means, E-litigation, which is one of the products of rapid developments in the world of modern technology litigation despite the great advantages achieved, but also faces great challenges that limit the use, especially in developing countries.

The study aims at explaining the role of modern technology in litigation, especially in light of the great advantages that come from the use of these means and their ease of use by administrative cadres.
