This study aimed at identifying the effect of using a model of Allen Hoover for the female students of first class on their, geometric problem solving and mental motivation.

To achieve the goal of this study, developed two null hypotheses below: 1) There not were significant difference at (α ≤ 0.05) in the test geometric problem solving between the mean of marks of the female students in research groups (experimental and control).2) There not were significant difference at (α ≤ 0.05) in the scale mental motivation between the mean of marks of the female students in research groups (experimental and control).

Here the researcher used the experimental methodology, Design of the two groups (experimental and control), a post- test.

A school (ganat al khold) was identified to apply the experiment, randomly.

she was A sample of (63) female students Selected study population.

divided into (32) female students for the experimental group and (31) female students for the control group.

Prepared the researcher a test to measure Geometric problem solving, (16) test paragraphs (substantive and essay), and mental motivation scale, consists of (32) phrase (gradient answer), with domains (mental focus, learning orientation, creative problem solving, cognitive integration).

Both instruments were presented to experts and arbitrators in teaching mathematics; they were then applied to a survey sample, For the purpose of verifying logical honesty and psychometric properties.

To be applied after the end of the experiment on the basic research sample.

After completing the experiment and applying the search instruments (post-test).

The following results were reached: female students of the experimental group who studied the Alan Hoover model outperformed the female students of the control group in the search instruments.

In this light, were derived the conclusions, recommendations and suggestions.
