This research shows the most important economical changes that happened in Bahrain through (1981-1986), this period witnessed I huge decling in Oil production average, in addition to that the decreasing of Oil price from year to other, this pushes Bahrain government to head toward the economical variation instead of deperding on Oil as only source for income, so that the government started to invest the financial incomes of Oil for building the economical projects in an industrial field developing the agriculture filed and supporting the animal fortune developing, and investing in the bank and exchanges sides and these projects contributed in the availability of many jobs in Bahrain
