The current research examines the relationship between direction and achievement.

The importance of the study is that the tendency towards any subject before and renewing the interaction with the subject matter and the knowledge of the students 'attitudes towards the subject of geography affects the extent of their desire to learn.

The current research aims to know the correlation between the students' attitudes towards geography and the amount of their collection The researcher has prepared the following hypotheses: (1) There is no correlation between the trend towards geography and the achievement of gender only? (2) There is no correlation between the trend towards the geography and the collection of buildings And girls together? (3) There is no correlation between the trend towards the geographical material and collection for boys only? (4) There are no statistically significant differences between boys and girls differences in their attitude towards the geographical material? The previous studies in this study consisted of five studies of three Arab studies and two foreign studies.

The previous studies differed in the type and size of the sample, the method of selection of the stage, the measures of direction and the statistical means used, and the studies agreed that there is a correlation between the trend and the variables used.

The community of current research are (4) schools morning (2) School for Boys (2) School for Girls and the number of students reached 540 students, the researcher built a measure of the trend towards material (geographical material) of the sixth literary in light of the literature and previous studies.

As for the statistical methods, the researcher used the Pearson correlation coefficient to find the coefficient of stability and the correlation between the direction and the collection.

The t-test was used to determine the individual differences between the boys and girls in their direction towards the geographical material.

The results appeared after the application of Pearson's correlation coefficient Vtm correlation coefficient was calculated for a sample of boys and girls together and independently were (570.0) (548.0) (589.0) and all values are positive and indicate a fundamental and a weak link and is acceptable in the light of the building and the preparation of tools of measurement and methods of the school calendar and that this relationship relational leads to the conclusion (that the interest or the development of the trend or collection leads or lead to the development of the other, and accordingly rejected the hypothesis first second hypothesis third hypothesis, and to detect individual differences between boys and girls in the trend towards the geographical material was Find the T value using the sibling Bar Altaia was (0207), which is less than the tabular value of $ (1,937) at the degree of freedom (198) and at the level (0.05) and thus accepted the null hypothesis fourth for the absence of statistically significant differences between the sexes in the trend differences towards the geographical material.

As recommendations She stressed the use of teaching aids in a way that promotes students' attitudes towards the material on the use of modern teaching methods and the development of values and appreciation among students towards the material.
