The research aims to: 1.Resove The problems faced by the educational supervision in its tasks in Baghdad 's schools.

Are there statistically differences based on the coefficient (males and females) The research 's sample includes 90 supervisors of both sex who have been chosen randomly and a scale was prepared to solve the educational problems .

The reliability has been extracted and the items have been analysed by calculating its abilities and coefficient of its difficulty after being exposed to experts to verify its reliability.

The consistence has been accounted for by Re-test and after applying the scale to a sample , then data has been analysed statistically by using Pearson's coefficient, For extracting the results , it has applied the scale to the research 's sample by using the SPSS as Pearson coefficient and T-test, The Research has reached to the following results: 1.The educational supervisors enjoy with high ability to solve the problems.

2.There are not statistically differences according to the variable ( males and females) In the light of the results, the researcher has reached to the following : 1.Reviewing the teachers via the supervisors and providing the necessary things to succeed the supervision process by reviewing of what Arab and the world do in respect to the educational supervision and educational institutions.

2.Providing necessary things to succeed the supervision.

3.Training the educational supervisors according to the modern methods that serve the educational process .

4.Preparing curriculums matching with the technical and scientific progress.
