Abstract EN

The present study aimed to know the degree of chemistry teachers have the teaching practices according to the skills of knowledge economy, the sample of the study consisted of (40) schools of chemistry teachers of the Directorate of Education Baghdad / Karkh third.

The study tool is a questionnaire prepared by the researcher consisting of (38) paragraphs distributed over four areas namely planning (13) paragraph and implementation (12) paragraph and evaluation (8) paragraph and the use of technology (5) paragraphs have been verified and verified.

The results showed that most of the paragraphs of the first three areas ranged from the degree of female teachers to their teaching practices between high and medium.

The fourth area is the use of technology, most of the percentages were low for these paragraphs, ie chemistry teachers do not have teaching practices according to the knowledge economy skills.

Developing the skills of female teachers using technology and employing e-learning and computer in the educational process through intensive courses for female teachers during the service.

In chemistry teachers from the point of view of their supervisors and a comparison with the results of the current study.
