The current research aims to know The effect of using the electronic assessment in the academic achievement for University Students, the researchers used the experimental approach, where the study population of the students of the Faculty of Basic Education / University of Mustansiriya / Department of computers of 270, and applied the study on the sample consisting of students and students of the first phase of 67 students, (A), which were tested electronically using a specially designed program and students of the control group of Hall (B), which were tested in the traditional way by constructing an achievement test.

And the preparation of a test (an objective electronic consisting of thirty substantive paragraphs), a multi-choice type And verifying its veracity by presenting it to a group of experts and specialists and verifying the veracity of the content by preparing a test map, and according to the coefficients of the veracity of the paragraphs in the method of Kudrichardson-20 (KR-20).

The results showed a statistical difference between the mean scores of the experimental group that were evaluated using the electronic tests program on the control group which was evaluated using the normal method.

The researchers recommended including the need to adopt electronic evaluation methods in different curricula.

And the need to train faculty members to employ electronic tests within the classrooms.
