Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the effect of a proposed training program according to constructional theory in developing the skill of teaching for students at Department of Arabic at colleges of education .

to achieve this , aim the researcher followed the procedures of descriptive method in constructing the training program.

The research included a theoretical part for teaching skills besides a group of general , private , and behaviorism goals ,and a group of activities , and tests for experimental group to train them on those skills and to know how much they obtained in each skill .

it has been checked the suitability and validity by exposing it to a group of exports , and to see its efficiency the researcher relied the experimental method and used an experimental design with a partial control for both groups (experimental group and control group) and pre-test and post-test for both groups .

The research sample was chosen from students at Department of Arabic at collage of Education / university of Diyala the sample was (66) male and female students , (33) male and female students for each group .

The researcher equalized between the two groups in some variables like ; academic attainment for both parents , previous knowledge , mental abilities , and skillful performance .

The researcher used standard tools in evaluating skillful performance for both groups of research which is the notice application .

The experiment lasted a full academic season .

The researcher used statistical program of social sciences (SPSS) in calculating the equivalence between the two groups and the T-test for two independent samples , and T-test for two correlative samples .

The results were: The effectiveness of the training program in developing the teaching skills of students at Department of Arabic .

according to the results several recommendations have been given with other several suggestions in conducting other researches following this research.
