Abstract EN

The objective of the current research is to know the reality of strategic planning for the deans of Baghdad University faculties from the perspective of their assistants.

The descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the research objectives, and the research community was appointed by the deans of Baghdad University faculties.

The research community (81) has been an associate and a collaborator.

A questionnaire (25) was prepared and arbitrated by a number of specialists to verify its validity.

After the field application of the research tool, data and information were abstracted and statistically analyzed with the manual unloading of open responses.

Using the program of frequencies, averages and standard deviations to analyze the results.

The main findings of the research The first objective: The reality of strategic planning was good for the deans of faculties of the University of Baghdad.

The average score of the sample members (60) individuals on the strategic planning questionnaire (73.42) degree and a standard deviation of (17.23) degree, which is greater than the theoretical average of the questionnaire (54) Degree.

The second objective is that there are no statistically significant differences.

The calculated T value (0.661) is smaller than the tabular T value of 1.98 at the level of significance (0.05) and the degree of freedom (58).

This indicates that the degree of practice of strategic planning University of Baghdad is similar and at a similar level from the perspective of their assistants regardless of gender
