This study aims at shedding the light on an important stylistic phenomena .

Repetition emerged in Arabic poetry in general , and modern poetry in particular.

It was applied on chosen samples from Sadi Yousifs collection due to its intense of repetitive imagery .

This study included many sections like the efficiency of repetition between structure and semantics like the repetition of letters and nouns .

The musical effect caused by repetition was also discussed .

The last section included the findings of the study .
