The value of monitoring the problem of self-directed violence is reflected in the self-destruction of the human being so that he becomes the perpetrator and the victim at the same time as well as a hostile act against others as well.

His work must bring sorrow and regret in the hearts of his relatives, friends and members of his community alike (Jahini, 1999,24.) The problem of self-directed violence is one of the most serious psychological phenomena that can affect individuals.
