No doubt that the Arab line and skill is of great importance in the educational process, in pupils talent and raising the taste and sense of beauty, as well as the good line helps raise the collection of pupils because it is complementary to the substance of the written expression.

So, in the opinion of the researcher to know how to master the Primary Stage Pupils skills of Arab line, as the researcher prepared a note which consists of (10) quad-scale skills, good, average, weak, non-existent).

Note by card was presented to a number of arbitrators, the extracted flat.

The researcher used the percentage of the agreement observers note card, and use the relative weight (Centennial) to extract the number of occurrences for the skills of students, the line of the patch search results showed twice the level of students in the skills of the Arab line there is the skills of the pupils showed a moderate level of performance, and the skills of the pupils showed a poor level of performance, and there are the skills of the pupils did not show any level of performance (i.e.

nonexistent), which is the highest rate.

One of the most important guardian of the researcher, is to give the lesson of the line right to education, and to study in the school, like all other branches of the Arabic language, and the establishment of a school or institute joins the Arab language teachers in primary schools to study the rules of the Arab line, and a guide in the teaching of Art.

The Arab line to serve as a guide for teachers in the course of their education and art.
