Histranic personality is a state of mental disorders self-contradictory is volatile mood between distress and sadness and joy exaggerated as it is superficial thinking and many social relations such as friendship Intimate goal and the pursuit of pleasure without religious or moral deterrent and cause personal and family problems and everyone around them Freud The psychoanalytic theory adopted in the research that this personality syndrome behavior with sexual harassment and behavioral delinquency and its limits within the two modern hysterical and moderate genital hysterical and upper extremity alcoholic hysterical.The sample size (41) of the (66) of the reference to the psychological clinic of a human organization within the project of the Italian organization Intersos for treatment and psychological support in Kirkuk and was diagnosed with the disorder according to the World Health Organization 2001 and its revised model of the World Health Organization.

The study included seven goals, which required three measures.The first diagnostic tool for the World Health Organization (WHO) and the other two measures were constructed by the researcher (hysterical personality) for sexual harassment of women according to some variables.The researcher used the following methods:The second test for one sample, the Pearson correlation coefficient, the triangular differential analysis, the percentage, the Seberman equation for the filter segmentation.The results showed that the sample had a moderate duration of hysterical personality disorder and was found to be related to the psychologic gestures of sexual harassment in women.

This proves Freud's hypothesis that the heterosexual personality is associated with sexual harassment regardless of social status, school stage, age.
