Abstract EN

The research aims to develop the academic Self concept of the Female students of the Psychological counseling through constructing a training program to the Self –Management.

The research is limited to a sample of the second year female students in the department of the psychological counseling and educational guidance, College of education , Basrah University to the academic years 2014/ 2015.

The two researchers developed ,(Kent-1933 ) sample, which was depended on the planning to the training program.

The training program included the following parts : 1- Managing Emotions 2-Avoiding Pressure 3-Self Motivating 4-Time Management 5-Self Evalution
