However, this society was in a spiral of violence, dispersion and balance, The Church and the feudal system Land Ownership and civil wars among the members of the community Here Western philosophers of the time to the need to study their communities and add a new concept that serves humanity in general and understanding what is happening within them so that they can address their problems, The presence of a science concerned with the study of society such as (education) is imperative among the most important of these philosophers (Herbert Spencer), who had a great role and his educational ideas in the service of Western and Arab societies to the ideas that served the educational process, so the need for an in-depth study of this The philosopher and an array of concepts, goals and educational views have helped greatly in the development of the concept of education, which was the most important pillars in the establishment of education in modern times.

Many scholars believe that Spencer has the ability, the courage and the determination to provide a clear and well-structured philosophy and education, so Spencer should be considered one of the greatest educational thinkers of history, so it is natural for this philosopher to find resonance and influence in philosophy.

That the philosophers who lived and who came after him imagine themselves as opponents of Spencer, but that "each one of them owe him to some extent, and it was not to develop his own idea and educational outcomes as he did and had to develop unless there is a stir raised by the doctrine Spencer inside himself.
