The Holy Quran revealed the words of God revealed by an Arab tongue shown, and unable to oppose the eloquent Arabs and their eloquence presented in their classes, because God singled him out of the eloquence of the high class that drove them.

And because of the Almighty of the Lord's legislation carrying a system of values and ethics that regulate the relations of people with their Lord and themselves and others, to make the individual good reformer and founding of the benevolent group.

Thus, the Qur’an combines the beauty of buildings with the beauty of meanings.

The eloquence of the Qur’an and its value and ethical system have been - and still are - the subject of various researches addressed by interpreters and rhetorists, some of whom dealt with in the whole of the Qur’an and some who worked on a particular wall.

Surat Al-Kahf is one of the suras that the pens of the researchers went to after the commentators.

Hence, this study aims to answer the following question: What are the aspects of proportionality in Surat Al-Kahf at the level of its artistic construction and the level of values embedded in its stories and some of them? Using the descriptive approach, the study concluded that there are multiple levels of proportionality in the Sura, and that it carries values that sometimes contradict and sometimes coincide with other values, including negative ones that must be avoided and warn them to reduce their size, including the positive ones that must be saturated and displayed by individuals and groups.
