The topic of this research revolves around issues related to prayer، fasting and Hajj on behalf of others .

The Islamic Sharia affirms that the basic principle is that every taxpayer performs what he is required to worship God Almighty himself، but he may offer the taxpayer an excuse that prevents him from performing his acts of worship himself.

Embarrassment and hardship is one of its features.

The researcher explained the doctrinal issues in which the jurists emphasized the permissibility of prayer، fasting and Hajj on behalf of others.
