The research dealt with the future vision of housing in Babil Governorate for the year 2039, starting from the estimation of the population, the number of families, the extinction, the demand and the future need for units as well as the proposed solutions that limit the problems of housing construction rates, whether by the public or private sector as a result of the political and economic conditions, The researcher reached the most important conclusions as the demand for units will rise to (117242) housing units, and the amount of future housing need for the year 2039 (469655) housing units.
