Abstract EN

Versified grammars were written in order to simplify their understanding; among these is the versification of Qatar al Nada and Bal lsada (also known as Matan Al- Qatar) by Ibn Hisham who died in 761 Hijra .

What characterizes this manuscript is that it formulated the rules of grammar in a versified form-- something which is opposite to the conventions of writing grammar.

The writer first starts editing his versified grammar and after being well- known, the interpreters start explicating it.

This manuscript is of a moderate size as it contains two hundred and eighty lines; its writer was able to include in all the rules of grammar mentioned in the book Qatar al Nada without ignoring any of its items .

The methodology followed in writing this manuscript is characterized by selecting very easy vocabulary away from complicated or difficult ones in order to suit the levels of the researchers as well as the students in way which is easy to learn and remember.
