Abstract EN

Our topic is about the concept of administration of the comprehensive quality in the high education and the components of system for its applications and fields and its universal criteria with mentioning the causes of its application in the Arab world stating the current situation of the high education in the Arab world by showing the most of its problems and its present and future challenges on the light of its attempts to reach the comprehensive quality according to the pressures of both the globalization and the available potentials.

Hoping to contribute by some proposals to reform or repairing the high education system and scientific research in our societies with a call to all the most prominent figures at the universal field such as: the political decision-makers; the educated elite and all the different sections of civil society for supporting and accompanying me university in all the countries of the Arab world in order to make the university wake up of its failures hoping that our attempt find true wills and all ears
