This study is concerned with tourism investment and its incentives in the Gaza Strip, and showing the obstacles and problems that hinder investment in tourism, the study sought to presented solutions and proposals that can Narrowing the investment Gap in tourismThe descriptive analytical approach used for this study, the study population was represented by licensed tourism investment institutions in the Gaza Strip, while the study sample was the upper or middle administrative class in these institutions, which reached (123), and the questionnaire was used as a measurement tool.

The study shows that there is middle reversing statistical significance between the obstacles of tourism investment represented in the administrative, legal, economic, political, cultural, and economic development in the Gaza Strip.

The results showed that the infrastructure in the Gaza Strip is not conducive to tourism investment, while the political obstacles were considered the most affecting these investments, and the administrative and legal obstacles were the least effective.

The study recommended the necessity of a strategic plan for developing tourism, updating laws related to tourism, attracting successful tourism experiences, finding constructive methods and mechanisms to encourage local and foreign investment for tourism, and expediting the completion of Palestinian reconciliation and the reconstruction of what the wars have destroyed in the Gaza Strip.
