The renaissance's question and its mechanisms on the horizon of contemporary Islamic philosophy, is still an intellectual concern generated from the critical moment defining the Arabic and Islamic world's, both, historical and intellectual aspects, and perhaps; by looking at approaches of the modern and secular political state question; one can discover the strife of visions and their debates that usually require ready answers about the principles of secularism and their potential to confront the constraints of reality and its urgent need for answers that assure the crowd's expectations.

In this context, our research paper aims to examine the significance of secularism, deconstruct its structure, its historical origin and its transformations, then go over the extension of its representations in the Islamic consciousness, and then consider its theoretical and scientific promises on building the state of law, and the possibilities for a secular review of the position of religion in the public sphere and openness to it.
