The Iraqi banking sector witnessed significant developments and achievements that led to the emergence of new services that did not exist before, which led to the multiplicity of channels through which these services are provided to customers and converted from traditional channels to electronic channels easier and more flexible this led the Central Bank of Iraq to own one of the best electronic payment systems since 2006 to implement the system as a fundamental step for the development of the banking sector, which is the electronic clearing of the most important form, and although the traditional clearing and electronic clearing share the same idea, namely the settlement of the accounts of the clients between the creditors and the tide Nyein, but the electronic clearing its own concept and specificity derived from the specific nature and being of an electronic nature.
