Abstract EN

This study aims to select the best indicators model to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of maintenance operations through the indicators produced by the Department of spare parts inventory with the determination of the contribution of these indicators in achieving the competitive priorities of the Iraqi Drilling Company.

The structured interview was used as a main tool for data collection of the study.

The AHP method was used to analyze the data which obtained from a sample, which consisted of the experts concerned with the management of the maintenance operations and spare parts inventory of (10) experts.

The study reached to a set of conclusions in the light of the results of a study of the most important that the best indicators model to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance management that is appropriate to the working conditions of the company is the model of indicators of engineering reliability.
