Abstract EN

This article seeks to study the subject of the assignment discourse for the scholars of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, through the fundamentalist code tagged with" guiding the intelligent to the realization of the truth from the fundamentals of jurisprudence" by Muhammad Ali Al-Shawkani, with the aim of rooting for the deliberative (pragmatics) components contained in this topic, such as the requirements of the communicative process related to the speech, the assignement of Sharia Law, its pillars, and constituents that help its success, from understanding the speech, the competence of the addressee, the intention of addressee, and carrying out all the functions of communication and reporting.

In the second part of the research we baptize to the revelation of the verbal purposes included in the speech of the assignment of Sharia law from the orders reporting judgments, informative methods, the completion of actions, the degrees of intensity of the purposes included in the speech, and the accompanying contextual domains represented by clues, surrounding circumstances, etc.
