Space is the most important element within a literary work, Several modern critics have made it a wide focus containing all the places considering the events scene forming the characters movement.

This study aims at revealing its dimensions within the Algerian novel – Mizaj Mourahiqa- and her significance, within the novelistic text, considering as its backbone.

We've relied on the descriptive classification and analytical method.

Analysis is present with its two types the closed and the opened.

Its width, function, openness, and closureare linked with the novelistic space aesthetical level and its connotation ability.

The narration space is real and social and it contains several ideological, historical, social, cultural and psychological significances.
