يهدف هذا المقال العلمي الى اظهار ان المرأة العاملة تتعرض دوما لضغوط مختلفة في ميدان العمل نتيجة صعوبة التكيف على اعتبار انها تتميز بسيكولوجية خاصة لذلك تفرض عليها طبيعتها ضغوطا و توترات أكثر تؤدي إلى تنامي مشاكلها في العمل إضافة الى ضغوط الواجبات الأسرية كل ذلك يدفعها الى البحث عن حلول و تبني استراتيجيات معينة تتأرجح بين الحماية والمواجهة في هذا المقال سوف نتعرض بالتحليل لظاهرة ضغوط العمل لنستنتج آثارها و نتائجها على المرأة العاملة مستعينين بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليلها ووصفها و كشف عواملها و ابعادها في اطار ما هو سوسيولوجي تنظيمي
Abstract EN
This scientific article aims to show that the working woman is always exposed to different pressures in the field of work, as a result of the difficulty of adaptation, given that she has a special psychology.
It leads to the growing problems of her at work, in addition to the pressures of family duties, all of this pushes her to adopt protection and confrontation strategies within the framework of the organization, the social environment, or at the personal level.
