Dialogue became essential and necessary for multilingualism, cultural diversity and the different economic and political interests of nations.

It was a particulary step to solve many international problems and crises, manage the civilizational conflicts and manage internal and external differences.

From that many terms emerged and became popular in our time like: the dialogue of civilizations, the North-South dialogue, the Islamic-Christian dialogue, the Arab-European dialogue, the social dialogue, negotiations and others.

Where disagreement, conflict…are there; the dialogue, discussion, negotiation and persuasion should be use and play the role.
