الهجرة العائدة او العكسية الى الوطن مصطلحان يعبران عن مسألة تشغل أفرادا و أسرا من المغتربين العاملين و حتى اللاجئين.
أنه بشكل عام لم تتوقف الهجرة العائدة من البلدان المهجر الى البلدان الأصلية (منطلق الهجرات) خاصة بالنسبة للجاليات المغاربية المقيمة في أوروبا و العربية المقيمة في الخليج العربي و اللاتينيين في و .
م.
الأمريكية و هي هجرة عكسية إرادية.
فمع اشتداد الأزمات و ظهور الأوبئة و الأمراض و العنصرية وكراهية الأجانب-كما هو الحال الآن-تصبح البلدان المستقطبة للهجرات منفرة و طاردة فيلجأ المقيمون الأجانب فيها الى التفكير و القيام بالهجرة العائدة (المعاكسة) باتجاه أوطانهم التي هاجروا منها في السابق مضطرين.
تسجل دراستنا المنجزة بين 2014-2019 المعتمدة على المنهج النوعي (المقابلة المعمقة و تتبع مسارات الحياة (life stories ).
أن العمال الجزائريين العائدين المستجوبين اختلفت دوافع عودتهم الى الوطن بسبب الغياب المزدوج و أنهم يحملون و يحلمون بمشاريع تنموية و طموحات اجتماعية في موطنهم الاصلي.
لم يعد مصطلح المهاجر و المغترب يحمل نفس التمثلات السابقة التي كانت ترتبط بالإعجاب الاجتماعي في موطنه.
و الهجرة العائدة بالنسبة للشيوخ حتمية و للشباب فشل
Abstract EN
Return migration is a problem that occupies migrant individuals or families, expatriates, workers, even refugees.
In general, this phenomenon is not stopped, in particular for the Maghreb communities residing in Europe, the Arresiding in the Gulf countries, and the Latinos in the United States, it is a reverse migration.
During, crises, and xenophobia - as is currently the case - host countries, become repulsive, so that foreign residents resort to reverse migration.
Our study carried out between 2014-2019, based on the qualitative method (in-depth interview and follow-up of life stories) Reveals, that the worker interviewers differed in their reasons for returning to the country.
Because of “double ence”, and that they have, and dream of Development projects and social aspirations.
And that the immigrant no longer carries the same social representations.
For the elderly, the return migration is inevitable, and for the young it is a failure.
