In this article, we talk about a very responded theme among literary critics, a theme that has spilled much ink since the independence of Algeria July 5, 1962 until today.
In a literary historical approach , we will take a reading of the novel Kamel Daoud " "Meursault against investigation" and identify areas that are according to specialists in literature, behind his nomination for the Prix Goncourt in 2014 and the companion press that it has realized in both sides of the Mediterranean .
We try to look for it in some writings of French in particular to what extent they have a positive view towards the writings describing the critical situation , vulnerable, anarchic , even miserable Algerian society

Dans le présent article, nous évoquons un thème très répandu parmi les critiques littéraires, un thème qui a fait couler beaucoup d'encre depuis l’indépendance de l'Algérie le 05 juillet 1962 jusqu'aujourd'hui.
Dans une approche historico-littéraire, nous allons faire une lecture du roman Kamel Daoud "Meursault contre-enquête" et cerner les points qui sont selon les spécialistes en derrière sa nomination pour le prix Goncourt 2014 et la compagne de presse qu'il a déclenchée dans les deux rives de la Méditerranée.
Nous y essayons de chercher dans quelques écrits de français notamment dans quelle mesure les occidentaux ont –ils une vision positive envers les écrits décrivant la situation critique, vulnérable, anarchique, voire misérable de la société algérienne
