The article deals with the recent reality of the Algerian health system, by examining the most important new reforms adopted by the Ministry of Health, Population and Hospital Reform: the road map, the national plan cancer, the new health law.

And the reality and prospects for implementing these reforms in Algerian hospital institutions.

L’article traite de la réalité récente du système de santé algérien, en examinant les nouvelles réformes les plus importantes adoptées par le ministère de la santé, de la population et de la réforme hospitalière : la feuille de route, le plan national de lutte contre le cancer, la nouvelle loi sur la santé et la réalité et perspectives de mise en œuvre de ces réformes dans les établissements hospitaliers algériens.
