يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز بعض خصوصيات المحاسبة المصرفية المتعلقة بميزانية البنوك التجارية.
حيث يحاول المقال في مرحلة أولى تقديم موجز لأهم متطلبات النظام المحاسبي البنكي المتعلقة بموضوع الدراسة من خلال تبيان الخصائص التي تنفرد بها الميزانية المصرفية.
في مرحلة ثانية يقدم المقال دراسة حالة بنك PNB Paribas الجزائر و التي ترمي إلى توضيح أهم الخصوصيات الموجودة في ميزانية البنك فيما يخص الإفصاح أو القياس.
هذه الخصوصيات المحاسبية المتمثلة أساسا في الترتيب المعكوس لعناصر الأصول و الخصوم و عدم التماثل في آجالها و تعدد حسابات التسوية المالية المرتبطة بالنشاط المصرفي و وجود قواعد و مبادئ تقييم مكيفة يمكن تفسيرها أساسا بالدور المنوط بالمؤسسة المصرفية في الاقتصاد الوطني و كذا مختلف القيود التي تفرض عليها من قبل الهيئات الوصية.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this article is to emphasize a number of accounting specificities regarding balance sheet of commercial banks.
Firstly, a quick presentation of the main provisions of the Banking Financial Accounting System on the subject, highlights the singular characteristics of the bank balance sheet.
Secondly, a study of the PNB Paribas bank (Algeria), shows specificities of presentation and evaluation on its balance sheet.
These accounting features, which are essentially an inverted and asymmetrical classification of assets and liabilities, the multiplicity of accruals and deferrals related to banking activity, and the existence of adapted valuation rules and principles, are justified by the role assigned to the banking institution in the national economy, as well as by various constraints imposed by the supervisory bodies.

L'objet de cet article est de mettre en évidence un certain nombre de spécificités comptables au niveau du bilan des banques commerciales.
En premier lieu, une présentation succincte des principales dispositions du Système Comptable Bancaire, reprends les caractéristiques singulières du bilan bancaire.
En second lieu, une étude de la banque PNB Paribas (Algérie), montre des spécificités de présentation et d'évaluation de son bilan.
Ces particularités comptables, que sont essentiellement: une classification inversée et asymétrique des actifs et des passifs, une multiplicité de comptes de régularisations propres à l'activité bancaire et l'existence de règles et de principes d'évaluation adaptés, sont justifiées par le rôle assigné à l'institution bancaire dans l'économie nationale, ainsi que par diverses contraintes imposées par les autorités de tutelle.
