تقتضي المناهج التربوية الحديثة بمكوناتها المختلفة و المتعددة -من أهداف تربوية و محتويات معرفية و استراتيجيات تكنولوجية تعليمية تعلمية و تقنيات تقييمية و تقويمية -وجود مجموعة من المعايير الضابطة التي لا بد منها لتحقيق آداء مقبول و متميز و من ثم الارتقاء بالمنظومة التعليمية إلى الآفاق المنشودة لبلوغ جودة في مخرجات المؤسسة التعليمية الجزائرية بشقيها العام و الجامعي على حد سواء.
وعليه يستلزم الأمر بناء منهاج منفتح على واقعنا المعيش و منسجم مع الرؤية العالمية للحياة بصفة عامة لذلك كله فإنه يتعين تنصيب معايير ضابطة لأجرأة المناهج و مراعاة مدى تجسيده على أرض الواقع باستمرار و جعله منهاجا مرنا بعيدا كل البعد عن الجمود و إخضاعه للتنقيح كلما دعت الضرورة إلى ذلك.
Abstract EN
The modern educational Curriculums, with their diverse components - educational goals, cognitive content, educational technological strategies, assessment techniques, - require a set of standards of control which are necessary to achieve acceptable and distinct performance, then raise the education system to the desired levels, to achieve quality in the outputs of the Algerian educational institution, and university.
Accordingly, there is a need to build a program that is open to the standards of control that are constantly referred to, to make it a flexible program far from being static, and to subject it to revision whenever necessary.
