تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر التضخم المستورد على إنتاج الأعلاف و على تكاليف إنتاج اللحوم الحمراء لولاية بسكرة خلال الفترة 2000 -2014 وذلك من خلال مؤشر القيمة الوحدوي المؤثر على تكلفة إنتاج اللحوم الحمراء للمدى الطويل وذلك من خلال تقدير دوال الإنتاج (cobb douglas) للأعلاف و اللحوم الحمراء و كذا دالة تكلفة انتاج اللحوم الحمراء للمدى البعيد.
وعليه فقد توصلنا إلى تسجيل أثر سالب للتضخم المستورد على دالة إنتاج الأعلاف و الذي انتقل أثره السالب إلى دالة تكاليف إنتاج اللحوم الحمراء كنتيجة لارتفاع تكاليف الانتاج الأمر الذي يؤكد على ضرورة اتخاذ إجراءات كفيلة بتخفيف تبعية النشاط الفلاحي عامة عن الواردات الرأسمالية للتخفيف من وطأة التضخم المستورد على نشاط الشعبة.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the imported inflation on production cost of red meat in the Wilaya of Biskra, during the period 2000-2014, using the unit value index affecting the cost's function of production of the red meat for the long term, using Cobb-Douglas function of production.
Therefore, we have arrived to a negative effect of the imported inflation on the fodder production's function, which can extend its effect on the cost's function of production of red meat, which emphasizes the need to take measures to alleviate the imported inflation's pressure on production of fodder and the red meat
