Abstract EN

This study aimed to study the importance of adopting the concept of the total quality of the institutions under study to support and increase the competitiveness of these institutions in the local and international markets.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, 250 questionnaires were distributed to the managers and frames of the surveyed institutions.

The study concluded by analyzing the relationship between the two variables, the independent variable (total quality adoption) and the dependent variable (institutional competitiveness) Statistical packages for social sciences (SPSS), that there is a statistically significant impact between total quality management and competitive advantage.
