Strategic assets are an integral part of the organization's intangible capital.
They allow, due to their development, to obtain certain competitive advantages.
Competitors do not have them because of the difficulty of imitation, substitutability or exchange.
Subsequently, it is important to carry out the management and valuation of the company by this category of assets in order to increase its overall value reflected in the balance sheet and the creation of value.
There are several methods of measuring the extra-financial and financial value of the organization, including the one recommended by Thesaurus Bercy.

Les actifs stratégiques sont partie intégrante du capital immatériel de l'organisation.
Ils permettent, grâce à leur développement, d'obtenir des avantages concurrentiels certains.
Les entreprises concurrentes n'en disposent pas du fait de la difficulté d'imitation, de substituabilité ou d'échange.
Par la suite, il est important de procéder au pilotage et la valorisation de l'entreprise par cette catégorie d'actifs afin d'accroitre sa valeur globale figurant dans le bilan et la création de la valeur.
Il y a plusieurs méthodes de mesurer la valeur extra-financière et financière de l'organisation, notamment celle préconisée par Thésaurus Bercy.
