Environmental protection has become an important modern topic in International Law, and despite the novelty of this topic, it is considered one of the principles of Human Rights, so, the research aims to recognize this new right, who take a place in International Declarations and Conventions, and it was recognized, and it became one of the basic rights, which is the Right to Environment, and this is with its justification as a Human Right by defining its concept and acknowledging it in International Declarations and Agreements, through which The Right to Environment entered into a legal framework linking the environmental and Human Rights issues.
