لحق بتنظيم عمل القاصر في التشريع الجزائري قصور ملحوظ لم يراع الظروف الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية ووضعية هذه الفئة بسبب أن نظرة المشرع ظلت تعتمد على فلسفة تقوم على مبدأ المساواة عند تنظيم قواعد العمل الأمر الذي ساهم في تغييب أحكام يمكن أن تساعد في توفير مناصب عمل للقصر و حمايتهم بشكل مفصل يراعي أعمارهم.
Abstract EN
It is well remarked that The regulation of the work of minors in the Algerian legislation took neither the situation of this group nor the economic and social conditions in consideration due to the viewpoint of legislator which is based on the philosophy of equality when organizing labor rules.
This is what led to the ence of provisions that could help provide job positions for minors and protect them taking in consideration their age.
