The Algerian legislator is keen to protect the professional secret in both labor law and public service law to avoid the damage caused by his disclosure of the loss of the project or to undermine the confidence of public servants from public utilities, it is a legal obligation that asks the contractor for violation in non-legally licensed cases, which we will review in our article after identifying its basis, content, scope and implications of its disclosure.
