يحظى موضوع التنمية المستدامة بأهمية كبيرة على المستويين الوطني و الدولي حيث تتأثر التنمية المحلية بأهداف و مجهودات التنمية الدولية المستدامة فقد بذل المجتمع الدولي مجهودات معتبرة لتحقيق التنمية عن طريق الاتفاقيات و البرامج الأممية و المساعدات للدول الأقل تطورا و من جهة أخرى تنعكس المبادرات الوطنية على التنمية المحلية التي بدورها تساهم في تطوير أو تأخير التنمية المستدامة بجميع أبعادها الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و البيئية و التكنولوجية و أهداف التنمية المستدامة في تطور مستمر لتساير التطورات الحاصلة اليوم في شتى المجالات بتزايد اهتمامات الناس أفرادا و جماعات.
و بدأ الاعتراف التدريجي بالحق في التنمية يتعزز يوما بعد يم منذ صدور إعلان ريو دي جانيرو 1992 حول قمة الأرض و الإعلان العالمي للحق في التنمية.
Abstract EN
The issue of sustainabledevelopmentis of great importance at the national and international levels, where local development is affected by the goals and efforts of sustainable international development.
The international community has made considerable efforts to achieve development through international agreements and programs and through assistance to less developed countries.
In the development or delay of sustainable development in all its economic, social, environmental and technological dimensions, the goals of sustainable development are constantly evolving to keep pace with developments in the various fields of today, as your interests increase.
