In view of the strict decisions and restrictions imposed by the Algerian state to limit the spread of the new Corona virus, the case raised the concerns of the Algerian citizen and many international, regional and local organizations and bodies concerned with human rights and freedoms, fearing that the Algerian government seeks to invest this health crisis, in strengthening its provisions and its security grip under New slogans cause the violation of rights, and in the face of the growing health crisis in the world and in Algeria, the government of the latter resorted to taking preventive measures and measures to contain the situation, such as: total and partial quarantine, preventing movement, closing schools.

This has restricted citizens' freedoms and increased their fears day after day for fear of violating these rights, especially since the epidemic is increasing its effects at an accelerated pace, and accordingly we decided to delve into the preventive measures taken to confront the virus, as well as search for the extent of the latter's repercussions on rights in Algeria, As well as researching the mechanisms applied by the government to control the poor health status.

Whether it raises economic, social and cultural rights, or political and civil rights, as for the importance of researching the subject, it is to contribute to giving a picture about the human rights situation in Algeria in the face of the spread of the Corona-Covid-19-virus on the one hand, and to contribute to the search for legal solutions in the first place to contain The situation is especially for the protection of rights in Algeria.
