Human life cannot be conceived without risks, and the desire to deal with these risks of all kinds, whether anticipated or unexpected, and confronting them is a basic condition for the existence of mankind, and perhaps the best reason for facing most of these risks is the application of the precautionary principle, which means being prepared and taking the necessary precautionary measures.

To confront any potential or assumed threat in the ence of strong scientific evidence of the occurrence of these threats or risks.

The recent period has witnessed the widespread use of the term precautionary principle to the point that it has become the most widespread principle, however its applications are still experiencing a difficulty of embodying in reality, and although the legal system in Algerian legislation has adopted it, public awareness of the importance of this effective legal solution is very slender for similar topics.
