جمعية الدول الأطراف هي الهيئة التشريعية و الرقابية العليا للمحكمة الدولية الجنائية لها من الاختصاصات ما يحق لها من تعديل النظام الأساسي للمحكمة و النظام الداخلي لها و جميع الصكوك و الوثائق الصادرة من المحكمة فضلا عن إمكانية تبني جرائم دولية تضاف إلى قائمة الجرائم التي تختص بها المحكمة ولها السلطة في إصدار قرارات و مقررات تنظم سير الإجراءات في أجهزة المحكمة ولها الصلاحية في إنشاء هيئات ترتبط بها لتسهيل عمل المحكمة و الجمعية.
ولها اختصاص الأشراف العام الإداري و المالي و التنظيمي على جميع أجهزة المحكمة من خلال الدور الرقابي الذي تمارسه و تتلقى من أجهزة المحكمة تقارير سنوية عن الأنشطة التي تضطلع بها.
Abstract EN
The Assembly of States Parties is the supreme legislative and oversight body of the International Criminal Court.
In issuing decisions and decisions regulating the conduct of procedures in the organs of the court, and it has the power to establish bodies linked to it to facilitate the work of the court and the association.
It has the jurisdiction of general administrative, financial and organizational oversight over all the court's organs through the supervisory role it exercises, and it receives from the court's organs annual reports on the activities it undertakes.
